Shiraishi Chiyoko

The owner and manager of Cous Coussier, the main hangout place in Kamen Rider OOO.

History

Shiraishi Chiyoko is the owner and manager of Cous Coussier which is a restaurant that changes its theme everyday. She hired Hina when she managed to open the door to the restaurant which was barricaded with boulders and chains. She tries and eventually succeeding into hiring Eiji after remembering him from a photo she has of him in a desert. Chiyoko allows Eiji and Ankh to stay in Cous Coussier even though Ankh doesn't help out but she felt bad because Eiji told her that Ankh had a bad childhood and only knows bad Japanese. She later hires Gotou after he collapsed from the night before due to the rain.

Chiyoko eventually encounters Doctor Maki who has a fascination with her due to looking identical to his decreased sister. When the Shachi-Panda injures Maki, Chiyoko takes him to his old mansion. She tends to his wounds and sees the picture of Maki's dead sister. She confronts him about it and Maki realizing that Chiyoko isn't anything like his dead sister, she never sees him again, Towards the end of the show, she learns about the Greeed conflict from Hina after that she couldn't keep from her anymore. Chiyoko gives advice to Hina to handle her situation with Ankh, Eiji, and Shingo. She ends up getting Maki's doll, Kiyo-chan, dressed in the style of Maki at the end of the series.

Personality

Chiyoko is a free-spirit who has fun with her job by doing various cosplays. She is caring that allows Eiji and Ankh to stay at Cous Coussier. She does have angry side though when people do something that goes against her principles.
