Ankh's own information network leads him into a trap set by Uva who posted information about a green Medal.
Gamel creates the Baison Yummy to cause a flinging shoe chaos in the public.

It was created from Gamel himself after watching Momoko flinging a shoe at her husband, Takeshi. It possesses great strength and able to create shockwaves that allow objects to go into the air before crashing down again.

The Episode Title refers to Takeshi, Ankh falling for Kazari's trap, and Takeshi's winning lottery ticket.
Ankh uses an iPad for the first time. He uses it to track the Medal count between himself and the other Greeeds.
Kougami bakes a cake for OOO using the Gatakiriba Combo for the first time. He puts the Lion Medal into the cake as a reward.
Gotou was a police officer before joining Kougami's organization. He mentions that he joined Kougami because he wants to save the world.
Shibukawa Kiyohiko and Ando Tamae who the play the Komoris, have previously worked together in Gekidan Engimono. They even did the exact two specials of it.
