Ankh explains to Eiji that Izumi Shingo is at near death and that if he's removed from the body for a long period of time, Shingo will die.
Ankh reveals the Greeeds being composed of Cell and Core Medals while the Yummy are created from Cell Medals.
Hina gets a job at Cous Coussier because of her incredible strength.
On Kougami's orders, Gotou provides Eiji the Medajaribur Sword and shows him the purpose of the "vending machines" which are really Ride Vendors.
By taking Shingo's phone, Eiji realizes that Shingo is Hina's brother who he met in the previous episode. He uses the phone to convince her that Shingo is on a top secret mission to cover up the fact that Ankh has possessed her brother and at near death.

Based on a weevil, it was created from one of the thieves from the Kougami Art Museum heist. It feeds off of money and buildings. Rather retaining a humanoid form, it becomes a giant weevil instead and can easily scale tall buildings.

The Episode Title refers to the driving force of the Greeed, Ankh's favorite treat, and Gotou giving Eiji the Medajaribur and the Ride Vendors. When referring to the concept of greed, the Japanese word for greed is used while the English one is used to refer to the Greeed themselves.
Ankh shows his love for ice for the first time. He claims it's for maintaining Shingo, but there's a deeper reason for it.
Hina jokes to "her brother" that she's going to get a job not because she's a power type but actually being a power type is the reason why she got the job at Cous Coussier.
Chiyoko asks Hina to haul a milk tank around. It could be possible foreshadowing of Date Akira who hauls around a milk tank.
Eiji flashbacks to a scene with an African child while his arms are outstretched and being attacked by a missile attack.
Kougami bakes a cake for a completion of a high-rise building which ends getting destroyed by the Leaf-Rolling Weevil Yummy.
First appearance of the Taka and Tako Candroids.
