- Miyajima Sakura voices the narration, she also was the MC for the event introducing the Kiramagers, and a big Sentai fan herself.
- Most of the on set cast are portrayed by stunt actors. Obayashi Masaru who plays the director. Seike Riichi and Okada Kazuya portray Shiguru's vassals on set. Hachisuka Yuichi plays a samurai.
- Title of the episode is an homage to the movie Truck Yarou - Goiken Muyou with "vise" replacing "truck".
- The episode story about a group of samurai serving their lord has parallels to the story of Shinkenger.
