Rigani might be based on a "crayfish" which is "zarigani" in Japanese.
A "try" is a rugby term. It's similar to making a touchdown.

The manga Mabushiina is reading, Good Three, is based on the LupinRangers. The author is Ichinose Shiho, a recurring character on Kaitou Sentai LupinRanger VS Keisatsu Sentai PatRanger and friend of LupinYellow.
- This means Kiramager is in continuity with both Lupin VS Pat and GekiRanger at the very least.
Sena saying "Case complete" is similar to DekaRangers. Kiramager's main writer, Arakawa Naruhisa, was also the main writer of that series.
