Mako and Ryuunosuke find Ryouta-kun near a baseball field, but he refuses to say anything about his encounter with Namiayashi. They follow him home and Ryuunosuke, after seeing him practice swinging, breaks down in tears. Eventually, he admits to Mako that he is homesick and misses Kabuki. Mako, unable to resist her nature to "save" weaker people, tries to cheer Ryuunosuke by making him a home-cooked meal.
The next day, Mako and Ryuunosuke follow Ryouta-kun back to where he met Namiayashi. There, he throws away his baseball equipment and purposefully injures himself, telling Mako and Ryuunosuke that Namiayashi told him that he would be able to get his grandfather back if he gave up something. Namiayashi laughs and tells Ryouta that it was all a lie, which angers Mako and Ryuunosuke.
Mako and Ryuunosuke transform and begin to fight Namiayashi, while Chiaki, Kotoha, and Takeru fight Nanashi Renjyuu. Using a combination attack of Mako's Heaven Fan and Ryuunosuke's Water Arrow, they are able to defeat Namiayashi.
