The thief is played by HurricaneYellow. When he's defeated, he says "Say bye bye" which is a line from Hurricanegers.
Morota Satoshi plays a teacher here, just like he did in Fourze.
Midori is known as the skilled actor, but the kanji for it also means "to cut".
The Bazooka Troupe spell their name Gekidan Bazooka on their logo.
The Bazooka Troupe's car says "Ni.. 87". Reference to something?
Kinbara's investigation name is Oz. There are references to the Wizard of Oz in the Deboss commanders' designs.
When Midori is seducing Taeko, one of his techniques is Kabe-don.

References to the Kyouryuugers

The Kyouryuuger characters all have a color word in their family name, alluding to their colors in the Kyouryuugers.
Seike Riichi and Shimozono Ayumi are the suit actors for Dogold and KyouryuuViolet.
Yamashita Shinji plays Daigo's dad on Kyouryuuger and Akai's dad in this movie. He's a police officer, which is a role this actor is known for, such as the Keitai Deka series.

They talk about Deboss causing the end of the world.
Opening scene of the main characters takes place at the Tiger Boy restaurant.
