The Kamen Rider Den-O fall movie.
Catchphrase:
- The final Den-O. The key to the future is Ryoutarou.

Story
- The Taros and Hana were ambushed by Kamen Rider Yuuki. They notice Yuuki is actually Ryoutarou who is being controlled by the Ghost Imagin.
- Nogami Koutarou and Teddy make their first appearance.
- Temporarily without Yuuto and Deneb, the DenLiner crew travels to save Ryoutarou.
- Shirou intends to turn upside down between the world of living and the world of death.
- Momotaros sacrifices himself to the point of death in order to free Ryoutarou from being controlled. He is revived shortly after.
- The climax battle against Shirou starts, after Ryoutarou is freed from the Ghost Imagin's control.
- With a change of heart, Koutarou starts to respect his grandfather and decides to fight together.

Trivia
- The cafe compartment and the exterior of the DenLiner are redecorated to accommodate New Den-O's appearance.
- At the end of the movie when Airi's ancestor drops her pin, the ancestor of the adult Yuuto appears.
- Satou Takeru reprises his role as Nogami Ryoutarou for the last time. The role is given to Mizoguchi Takuya for future Den-O related movies.
- Koutarou becomes the main character in the Den-O series.
- This is the first Heisei Rider movie being released on Blu-ray. The early Heisei Rider movies were also released with Blu-ray later in the same year.
