Episode title "Miracle Stone of the Mansion" (洋館の奇石) is based on 四日間の奇蹟. [1]
When KirameiRed is describing Takamichi and Drijan combining, it's done in the PPAP meme style. Since Muryou is played by the same actor in both.
The kanaestone (wishing stone) might be a pun on kaname-ishi (要石) which is Japanese for "keystone". The shape itself is called a magatama or "comma-shaped jewel". In Japanese myth, it's one of the Imperial Regalia of Japan, also known as the three national treasures, the other two being a sword and a mirror.
Muraoka Hiroyuki is a stunt actor.
