Important things that happened

A coroner named Kujou Kiriya visits Emu's office at the hospital and is aware of Emu's identity as a Rider. He requests Emu's help to cure Yoshitaka, a colleague infected with the Bugster Virus. Although Emu is unable to transform, Kiriya offers to help retrieve the Mighty Action X Gashat from Taiga.
- Yoshitaka's sister, Riko, was kidnapped by a dragon-like Bugster, who infected Yoshitaka with the Bugster Virus before the latter could stop the monster.
Kiriya is Kamen Rider Lazer. To win Emu's Gashat from Snipe, Lazer competes against Snipe as they fight the Motor Bugster that emerged from Yoshitaka.
Brave stops Snipe from pursuing the Motor Bugster, allowing Lazer to steal the Mighty Action X Gashat from Snipe.
Upon becoming friends, Ex-Aid and Lazer work together to beat the Motor Bugster in a race to save Riko and Yoshitaka.
Despite saving the Nishiwaki siblings, Kiriya ends his friendship with Emu. He also reveals to have lied about losing his friend on Zero Day.
The mysterious dark version of Ex-Aid returns with a bicycle from a new Gashat: Shakariki Sports. He tramples the other Riders using this Gashat.

According to Asuna, Kiriya acquired a Gamer Driver from Kuroto after making a deal with him 3 years ago.
Kiriya reveals to have lost his friend on the day when Zero Day took place.
