Trivia

  • The first Versus Sentai movie to show in theaters. Typically Versus movies were V Cinema that went straight to VHS/DVD in March after the TV series ended. With Go-Onger, the Versus movie showed in theaters in January before releasing on DVD in March, setting a trend for future Versus Movies.

Continuity Error

Spoiler warning: Significant plot details about GP-35 and GP-36 follow.
Engine-O G12 was formed for the first time in GP-35, and Sousuke was put into a coma right after that battle. As soon as he awoke in GP-36, he defeated and killed Yogostein. However, in this movie, Engine-O G12 was used, Sousuke was fine and Yogostein was alive and present.
