Important things that happened
Following the previous episode, three mysterious machines crash-land on Earth, forcing the DekaRangers to investigate what they are and for what purpose they're for before their diabolical impact is unleashed on the populace. The mysterious man is then revealed to be Diamantian Seijin Don Moyaida, the man responsible for killing the boy who wanted to join the Special Police in Ban's flashback on episode 01.
