Important things that happened
- Emu chases Yuuki, a boy who ran away from the hospital because he is afraid of doctors.
- Yuuki suddenly experiences the game illness. The Bugster Virus emerges from Yuuki's body in the form of a giant revolver.
- Hanaya Taiga intervenes and transforms into Kamen Rider Snipe. In his Level 1 form, Snipe separates the Revolver Bugster from Yuuki's body.
- Despite Snipe fighting the Revolver Bugster and his army, this does not stop Yuuki's game illness from intensifying.
- Director Kagami and Asuna tell Emu about the Zero Day incident that occurred 5 years ago.
- This was the day when several people disappeared after they were infected with the Bugster Virus.
- The Ministry of Health and GENM Corporation formed the Computer Rescue center (CR) to counter the Bugster Virus.
- Hanaya Taiga was once a radiologist of CR. Because of his expertise, Taiga was chosen by CR and GENM Corporation as a suitable candidate for the Gamer Driver.
- According to Kuroto, the reason why Taiga left CR is because he failed to save a certain patient. While Kuroto finds Taiga's abilities as a Rider valuable, Hiiro harbors resentment towards Taiga.
- Emu visits an abandoned hosptial where Taiga continues his work in radiology. He tells Taiga to not interfere with Yuuki's case anymore, but Taiga refuses to back out of it.
- According to Taiga, the Rider who collects all 10 Gashats will earn the power to completely destroy the Bugster Virus. Taiga challenges Emu to a game for the latter's Gashats.
- Ex-Aid takes multiple hits from the Revolver Bugster's army, encouraging Yuuki to overcome his fear. Ex-Aid destroys the Bugster with a Rider Slash.
- Snipe eventually destroys the original Revolver Bugster that was camouflaged behind Ex-Aid, which earns Snipe the Game Clear.
- Following his victory, Taiga takes Emu's Mighty Action X Gashat away from him. However, Emu is happy that he was able to save Yuuki.
