List of previous Sentai members on Gokaiger
For the 35th anniversary of the Super Sentai series, the show Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger featured the powers of the previous 34 series' rangers. There were also guest stars from the previous series, featuring characters as if all the series were in the same continuity.
Ozu Kai 小津 魁 Former MagiRed of Mahou Sentai MagiRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 3 appearance.
- Appears in the wizard hood and with hair reminiscent of his appearance in the last episode of MagiRanger. Unable to use his own magic, he borrows power from Flagel. He taught Don about the power of courage before giving the Gokaigers the Grand Power of MagiRanger.
Jasmine ジャスミン Former DekaYellow of Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 5 appearance.
- Arrests Captain Marvelous and crew because of fake charges created by the Zangyack. As such, Marvelous spends the majority of the episode in handcuffs.
Doggie Kruger ドギー・クルーガー Former DekaMaster of Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 5 appearance.
- With Captain Marvelous' help, they are able to thwart the plans of an Alienizer working with Zangyack. Doggie is forced to fight without transforming, so he gets hurt in the process. Eventually Doggie allows the Gokaigers to use the DekaRanger's Grand Power.
Ban バン Former DekaRed of Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 5 appearance.
- Shows up at the end to clear the Gokaigers of the charges against them. He takes the wounded Doggie off the shoulders of Marvelous. As the Gokaigers walks away, he warns them to not misuse the powers handed to them.
Kandou Jan 漢堂 ジャン Former GekiRed of JyuKen Sentai GekiRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 7 appearance.
- Appears as a martial arts teacher for kids in the park. Ahim and Don join the training when they felt they were lacking in a previous battle with Zangyack. In the end, Jan allows them to have the GekiRanger's Grand Power.
Master Shafu マスター・シャーフー One of the Seiken from JyuKen Sentai GekiRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 7 appearance.
- Appears at the end with Jan.
Shishi Kakeru 獅子 走 Former GaoRed of Hyakujyu Sentai GaoRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 9 appearance.
- Appears as a veterinarian. He was against the Gokaigers at first, thinking that they only fight for their gains like pirates, but eventually Ahim and Don changed his mind by sharing her story about how Marvelous recruited her to save her. He eventually asks GaoLion to help the Gokaigers, allowing the Gokaigers to receive the GaoRanger Grand Power.
Shiba Kaoru 志葉 薫 Former ShinkenRed(Kaoru) of Samurai Sentai Shinkenger
- Gokaiger Episode 11 and 12 appearance.
- At first, Kaoru tries to retrieve the Shinkenger keys from the Gokaigers in a sword fight against Joe, but eventually she is won over by them when she realizes the strong bond between the pirates. She then allows them to use the Shinkenger Grand Power, which gives them a new combination with GaoLion that makes GokaiOu appear like ShinkenOu. The reasoning being that the main portion of ShinkenOu also uses a red lion as the center.
Tanba Toshizou 丹波 歳三 Kaoru's follower of Samurai Sentai Shinkenger
- Gokaiger Episode 11 and 12 appearance.
- Appears with Kaoru. Provides Joe with the Twin HiDen Disc.
Jinnai Kyousuke 陣内 恭介 Former RedRacer of Gekisou Sentai CarRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 14 appearance.
- Appears in sort of a silly episode of the Gokaigers. In the end, he provides the CarRanger Grand Power to the Gokaigers when they agreed to do a performance with him to teach kids about traffic safety.
Nakadai Mikoto 仲代 壬琴 Former AbareKiller of Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger
- Gokaiger Episode 18 appearance.
- He appeared in Gai's dream when Gai showed courage when trying to protect a girl. Thus, appearing with DragonRanger and TimeFire, he bestows Gai with the GokaiCellular and its Ranger Key. Is the first Sentai ghost for the Gokaigers to encounter.
Hyouga ヒュウガ Former Black Knight of Seijyu Sentai Gingaman
- Gokaiger Episode 20 appearance.
- Basco uses the Black Knight Key to attack the Gokaigers, but they eventually receive the key and he gives it to Gai along with the Gingaman Grand Power.
Ryouma リョウマ Former GingaRed of Seijyu Sentai Gingaman
- Gokaiger Episode 20 appearance.
- Appears briefly to help the Gokaigers, who don't recognize him as a former Sentai member. Shows up again at the end to ask Hyouga if he's really okay with the decision he's made.
Akashi Satoru 明石 暁 Former BoukenRed of GoGo Sentai Boukenger
- Appeared briefly on 199 Heroes and Gokaiger Episode 21.
- Infiltrates GokaiGalleon to bring the Gokaigers on an adventure. They fight against a revived Ryuoun, who had died at the end of Boukengers.
Tatsumi Matsuri 巽 マツリ Former GoPink of Kyuukyuu Sentai GoGo V
- Gokaiger Episode 23 appearance.
- Appears in civilian form to help a pregnant woman. They later learn that she was GoPink and that Basco is after her.
Shiina Yousuke 椎名 鷹介 Former HurricaneRed of Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger
- Gokaiger Episode 25 and 26 appearance.
- In this episode, the descendants of space ninjas Saturaka and his Sunday analogy join with Zangyack to attack the Gokaigers. To thwart their plans, they are given back the Hurricaneger Ranger Keys which allow them to transform once more. After beating them, they return the keys and give the Gokaigers the Hurricaneger Grand Power, which is Fuuraimaru (who looks different from his Hurricaneger incarnation).
Nono Nanami 、野乃 七海 Former HurricaneBlue of Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger
- Gokaiger Episode 25 and 26 appearance.
- While the Goseigers got their keys back in the 199 movie, this is the first time a Sentai group has appeared in the TV series who appeared as a semi-complete group, while also receiving the ability to transform again too.
Bitou Kouta 尾藤 吼太 Former [[HurricaneYellow] of Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger
- Gokaiger Episode 25 and 26 appearance.
Yuuki Gai 結城 凱 Former Black Condor of Choujin Sentai Jetman
- Gokaiger Episode 28 appearance.
- Appears before the Gokaigers, telling them to stay away from the Jetman team members, who had retired and gone on with their own lives. Eventually he transforms into Black Condor and fights, but they are puzzled since they have the Black Condor Key still. They finally learn that Yuuki Gai is a ghost, and that Ikari Gai can't see him. They receive the Jetman Grand Power from him.
Sanjou Yukito 三条 幸人 Former AbareBlue of Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger
- Gokaiger Episode 29 appearance.
- Appears with his secretary and wife Sanjou Emiri. They observe the Gokaigers for a bit before Yukito comes to the realization that the Gokaigers aren't aware of another of the Abaranger's Grand Powers. The eyecatch segment is reminiscent of the ones that appear in Abarangers. Emiri gives Ahim the AbarePink Key.
Oohara Jou 大原 丈 Former Yellow Lion of Choujyu Sentai Liveman
- Gokaiger Episode 30 appearance.
- Since the Liveman members were betrayed by their friends, Jou can sympathize with Joe's plight with fighting his friend Barizorg/Sid. He is the one who tells Joe that it is not possible to restore Sid back to his original form.
TenKaSei Ryou 天火星・亮 Former RyuuRanger of Gosei Sentai DaiRanger
- Gokaiger Episode 33 appearance.
- Episode title "Hero daaa" is similar to the DaiRanger episode titles.
- Another former member who was also in the 199 Heroes Movie, but did not actually meet the Gokaigers in person though at that time.
- We see that Ryou is still working the same job and making gyoza like he did in DaiRangers. He fights untransformed, as well as teaching Gai the meaning of being a hero.
