On the wall of their base are wheels that say Turbo 1989, Go-On 2008, and CarRan 1996, referring to the past car-themed sentai series.
The 10:10 attack refers to putting your hands on the 10 and 2 o'clock position of the wheel when driving. The Boonboomgers counter that has been antiquated and now the hands should be one the 9 and 3 o'clock position, hence their 9:15 attack.
Clock Gurumaa is portrayed by Muraoka Hiroyuki who was the yakuza boss in Bakuage 01
