Choujinki (鳥人鬼) and Choujinking (鳥人鬼ング) are named after Jetman's title name, "Choujin" (鳥人).
Murasame is the name of a fictional katana from the Hakkenden series. "It is a magical blade of ice and belongs to one of the dog-reincarnated protagonists"[1]. In this case, the "same" part of the name is the Japanese word for "shark". In the original kanji, the "same" was "rain".
A character says "Yare yare daze" which is a famous line from the anime/manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
The scene where Natsumi was pulled away was also a reference to a scene with Aoi Rie in Jetman.
