Important things that happened
- Ryoutarou and Yamagoshi managed to get away, though Ryoutarou suggests they should surrender themselves to the police.
- Ryoutarou is mad at Momotaros for possessing him without permission and robbing others for money. He declares he won't fight with Momotaros anymore.
- Ryoutarou transforms intonDen-O Plat Form. He takes a beating from Chameleon Imagin but refuses to summon Momotaros.
- Momotaros finally admits his faults and apologizes, promises not to steal from others again. Ryoutarou summons him and transforms into Den-O Sword Form.
- After the battle, Momotaros acknowledges Ryoutarou and accepts his name as "Momotaros".

- Yamagoshi and his band bet everything on an audition. On the way to the audition, Yamagoshi came across a lost girl crying on the side of the road. He took the girl to the police station but didn't make it to the audition. His band broke up as a result. Other members went on with their lives, but Yamagoshi wanted to continue. He thought if he had the money, he could make his own debut.
- Den-O's intervention
- Ryoutarou and Hana helped Yamagoshi so he made it to the audition in time. The result of the audition was that his band didn't make it and the band dissolved. Yamagoshi became more determined in chasing his dream with his own skills and not with money.
