Mari tries to pay her father a visit at the Smart Brain company, but she is rejected.
Kiba and Yuka learn from Toda Eiichi that there is a war between humans and Orphenoch.
- Toda says the Orphenoch's current duty is to increase the number of their allies in case the war eventually breaks out.
- Toda attacks the coffee shop where Takumi previously worked as demonstration of increasing Orphenoch. Kaidou Naoya is caught in Toda's attack and becomes an Orphenoch.
Keitarou opens a cleaning business at his house.

A Smart Brain employee who teaches Kiba and Yuka about the principles of an Orphenoch.

Keitarou's family also run cleaning business, not just Keitarou alone. His parents open their business in Africa, so Keitarou's home is decorated with souvenirs they sent to him.
- Keitarou also mentions his father wanted him to take over the business in Africa, but Keitarou chose a different way to do cleaning. He ended up back in Japan because his methods somehow didn't go as he expected.
There is a veit Brisay Kannegiesser banner in Keitarou's cleaning store. Keitarou buys ironing equipment from this company to iron clothes.
On the TV Asahi site, this episode's title is Trio × Trio Part I (3人と3人・前編) while other websites credit the title as Original (オリジナル).
Kagemaru Shigeki is known for his role as Shinjoh Tetsuo on Ultraman Tiga.
