An Orphenoch attacks the Smart Brain scientists to take the Faiz Belt.
Kiba Yuuji has been in coma for the past two years after he was caught in a car accident. In his eventual death, he suddenly returns and awakens his Orphenoch power.
Sonoda Mari is on her journey to Tokyo.
An Orphenoch attacks Mari to take the Faiz Gear from her. While being attacked, Mari meets Inui Takumi.

Kiba's Orphenoch power gives him the hearing that his relatives sold his parents' company and house for their own agenda.
Kiba transforms into his Orphenoch form and kills his cousin, Kazuaki.
Katsumura Mika portrayed Yuuri / TimePink on Mirai Sentai TimeRanger.
Faiz's stunt actor, Takaiwa Seiji, appears as a scientist in the beginning of the episode. He pours liquid into a tank that contains the Faiz Belt before eventually being killed by the Goat Orphenoch.
