The Salty Bugster returns. This time, he has evolved into Level 3.
Having acquired enough data from the Riders' battles, Kuroto needs the data of death to complete the next stage of his plan.
To stop the Bugster Virus, Kuroto tells Emu, Hiiro, Taiga, and Kiriya that they must defeat Kamen Rider Genm and obtain the Shakariki Sports Gashat.
Kuroto informs Emu to bring his patient, Shuuhei, to his office. To Emu's shock, Kuroto tells Emu that Dr. Hinata may be responsible for the Bugster Virus infections.
With his plan in motion, Kuroto abandons his office at GENM Corporation.
Emu, Poppy, and Shuuhei are encountered by Kamen Rider Genm. Genm tells Emu that the Bugster Virus was initiated under Dr. Hinata's orders.
Conflicted to believe Dr. Hinata would be the mastermind behind the virus, Ex-Aid loses control of his Level 5 form. Kiriya arrives and helps Emu regain his faith in his hero.
Ex-Aid, Brave, Snipe, and Lazer defeat Genm together. Ex-Aid obtains the Shakariki Sports Gashat.
Genm's Rider Gauge hits 0, but Genm uses the Gashacon Bugvisor on himself to negate his death.
- Genm de-transforms and reveals identity as Dan Kuroto to everyone before retreating.
- Kuroto arrives at his new base of operations and acquires the Dangerous Zombie Gashat from the data of his death collected by the Bugvisor.
