- The woman play in the piano is Nakamura Yayoi, who has a series of albums called Music Therapy. Here is her blog post talking about her appearance on the episode.
- No opening sequence, the music is instead used at the end.
- When Utsumi transforms into Mad Rogue, the Evol Driver pronouns the Full Bottles as Koumori (Bat) and Hatsudouki (Engine). However, the initials on the bottle labels are actually B (Bat) and E (Engine) instead of K (Koumori) and H (Hatsudouki). Same thing with the Evol Driver's matching effects which the initials are also B and E.
