An article listing all the cosplay costumes in Hikounin Sentai AkibaRanger.

Cat - With large ears, a blonde wig, and giant paw gloves. In this form she uses a lot of nya/meow sounds.
Boy - With glasses, boy shorts, and a backpack, she sorta looks like Detective Conan. She'll refer to Nobuo and Mitsuki as old brother or sister. While dressed like this, she is attacked by a pedophile. But it's funny, because she's not actually a boy, just an underage girl in real life. ...
Bee - With a curly wig and a bee pattern, she uses a lot of bun/bzz sounds.
Goth - Eyepatch, a lot of black material? I don't remember what her speech pattern was here, but it was mostly condescending, referring to Nobuo as her servant.
Mele from JyuKen Sentai GekiRanger - Would talk to Nobuo as if he were Rio. Uses Mele's speech patterns basically.
Alien - Mostly silver and black. Has two antennas at the top and a white wig. Uses a lot of pi po pa sounds which is a reference to Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
Samurai schoolgirl - Uses some antiquated language.
Rabbit - Uses pyon which is the Japanese sound for "bounce".
