Kibaoni Army Youkai
The monster of the weeks for Shuriken Sentai Ninninger are called Youkai.
Youkai Kamaitachi
(妖怪カマイタ)

Formed from a chainsaw. Its name means "sickle/kama" and "weasel/itachi", and he has sickles on his arms, chainsaws on his shoulders, and some sort of weasel on his back that looks like a Noh mask when on his head.
When he first comes to life, he laughs "Chee ha ha" which sounds like "Chainsaw".
It's based on an actual Youkai (鎌鼬) from myth. "They appear riding on dust devils, and they cut people using the nails on both their hands that are like sickles. One would receive a sharp wound from it, but there is no pain." [1]
Youkai Kappa
(妖怪カッパ)

The fire extinguisher motif can be seen throughout his design. The tube is on his back as well as the extinguisher warning label.
Based on the mythical kappa monster, which are like humanoid turtles that that eat cucumbers, have plates on their head that hold water (which they need to stay alive).

- Based on Kasha, the corpse eating cat demon. His name means "fire wheel", which is fitting considering he's born from in-line skates.
- Goes around singing "kasharira kasharira~".
Gashadokuro
(ガシャドクロ)
Izayoi can summon these giants at will using his mallet. He does this by inserting the Gashadokuro You Shuriken (ガシャドクロ妖シュリケン) into his mallet and using the Gashadokuro Shoukan no Jutsu (Gashadokuro summoning technique ガシャドクロ召喚の術).
Dokuro is the Japanese word for "skulls", which most of its body is comprised of. In the first episode where it appears, it's summoned using the shuriken dropped by Youkai Kasha. it's unknown if this is where the Gasha part of its name comes from.

"Originally a mirror used to drive off youkai, it gradually built up youkai energy until it became a youkai itself. Clouds constantly flow out of it and surround it, giving it the power of flight. This youkai can transfer itself between mirrors, allowing it to answer people who ask questions to the mirror or show them distant scenery."[2]
