- We learn from her mother that Yumeria's real name is Yamada Yuuko 山田優子. Spelled "Yuko" on the cake.
- Yumeria turns 24. The episode occurs on her birthday. The shops are closed on May 7th, so Yumeria's birthday must be May 7th, 1988.
Monster of the Week
Kabuki Chou Mesuguro Hyoumonchou (Powered-up) 歌舞伎町メスグロヒョウモンチョウ（強化）
Voiced by Midorikawa Hikaru AKA Guririba, which is short for "Green Light River", a literal translation of his Japanese name.
Scientific name is Damora sagana. Kabuki-chou = Kabuki City. The pun here is that Chou is a homonym for butterfly.
It looks like he wears sunglasses in his powered-up form.
Guest Stars
Matsumoto Rica 松本梨香 as Yumeria's mother, Yamada Masako 山田雅子. She went by the name Cosplayer Miyabi.

- Instead of Yahoo! Japan, Hakase looks things up using Ugle! Japan.
- Dresses as an alien, Yumeria adds pi, po, pa which are sounds from the aliens in Encounters of the Third Kind.
- Yumeria mentions that her mother is visiting from "Mount Pear", which is English for Yamanashi. Ogino Karin is from Yamanashi Prefecture.
- When asking if Yumeria has a boyfriend, Akagi goes into interviewer mode again and addresses her as senshu/player. It must be some device that helps him with confrontation or asking awkward questions.
