- Tsuda Kanji also portrayed Rekka's dad in the Red Requiem movie.
- Probably one of the few Garo stories to focus on civilian reactions to seeing a Horror in action.
- The Horror this week is played by Koshige Namihei, a stunt actor. He also did work on Red Requiem, Beast of the White Night. He's also done a lot of work on Power Rangers as well as Zeiram, another Amemiya Keita work.
- Fukuyama Kazuki played Fire-4 on Rescue Fire.
- The voice of the Horror, Nishi Rintarou, was also Shadam on DaiRanger, as well as the voices for Doukoku on Shinkenger and various voices on Makai Senki.
