Ushibaroque gets his name from ushi (cow/bull) and maybe the word baroque. Going along with his motif, he says stuff like "moo" and "ushi". His design has him covered in horns.
Giwi's name is obviously from Kiwi and his last name seems to be a modified abbreviation of New Zealand, whose people are sometimes referred to as kiwis. Designwise, he looks like a green plague doctor with a kiwi bird theme.
Collection piece La chaleur est là has the power to oscillate matter quickly, the same way microwaves work. Blue comments "like a microwave" but using the Japanese word for it "Denshi Renji", which is the first part of Denshi Sentai Denjiman's title, which is where the object comes from.
The lyrics to M.A.X Power are changed to reference X Emperor.
