The PatRangers go to Bistrot Jurer with Sudar Urukyuu recognizing Hikawa as the man who humiliated him earlier. He transforms from his human form back into his Ganglar form at the top right corner of Oomori-zaka and prepares pranks to mess Hikawa up.
The Oomori-zaka roadway can't be seen clearly, but the nearby environment such as the motorcycle parking spot and the concrete wall proof that filming did take place at the roadway.
The Japanese name for the collection item this time is Kazetachinu (風立ちぬ) which is the same name as a short novel and Ghibli movie "The Wind Rises".
The Lupin Collection piece "Fille comme le vent" is derived from the Christopher Cross song "Ride Like The Wind".
