Characters
Marked with * means change from season one
Akagi Nobuo / Akiba Red 赤木信夫/アキバレッド - Wada Masato
Iwashimizu Luna(Mitsuki)* / AkibaBlue 石清水ルナ(美月) - Sawada Shione [1]
Yokoyama Yuuko* / AkibaYellow 横山優子/アキバイエロー - Ogino Karin

New Dimension Brain Modification Underground True Empire Barosu w
Shin jigen zunou kaizou chika shin teikoku barosu wara 新次元頭脳改造地下真帝国バロスw
Again, Barosu w comes from 2chan slang. It means "exploding with laughter" and is pronounced "barosu wara".
Malshiina マルシーナ - Honoka 穂花
Tsuu Shogun ツー将軍 - Horikawa Ryo
Oneedaa オネェダー - The series' new grunts. Their weapons are shaped with a handle that says the words "Oh!" in English. They're half man/half woman. It comes from the phrase "Onee da" which is slang "for a man to act like a woman, to act gay". They say things like "Eternally hairless" (eikyuu datsumou 永久脱毛).
Terminology
Tsuu - An alternate pronunciation for ita/pain. Also puns with things like the English word "two" and Japanese words like "tsuu/connoisseur".

The counter for episodes is Tsuu/痛 which means Pain. So episode one would be 第1痛. Probably a pun on Tsuu/通 which is a counter for Letters.
