- Malika is Arabic for "queen".
- On the official TV-Asahi page, they spell it Marika.
- The earliest appearance of a regular female Rider. And potentially the first real regular Rider, since Kamen Rider Mage last year didn't really do anything.
- Tsukui Minami does the suit work as well as plays the out of suit character, Minato Youko.
- The suit appears in episode 14, but Youko doesn't appear in human form till episode 15. Her first full transformation is in episode 17.
