At 15:31, Refrigerator Gurumaa uses the phrase どんだけ～ (dondake~) This was originally coined and popularized by transgender celebrity IKKO and as such has become something of a cheat code to imply that a character is not straight. As a recent word, there is not any one true translation for it into English, though the general impression is "gay shock/surprise!"
At 18:47, Boomdorio says 大地にほえろ！海を裂け！ (Roar at the land! Rend the seas!). This appears to be a reference to the 70s detective show 太陽にほえろ! (Taiyo ni Hoero!), as episode 72 was titled 海を撃て.
