Introduction
In 2012, for the first time there will be a magic wielding Rider. Imbued with the power of magic, jewels encrusted rings allow him to transform, to freely use magic, and to fight evil.
Furthermore, the mask's design is based on the jewel's setting. It adds to the mystical imagery.
Kamen Rider Wizard fights demons that were born on the ritual performed on the solar eclipse. The hero was a survivor of this ritual. The mysterious White Wizard gave him the henshin tool, allowing him to transform into Kamen Rider Wizard. His fate is to protect humanity from the demons.
What was the ultimate goal of the solar eclipse ritual? What is the terrifying power those demons possess? And what fate awaits the one who fights as Wizard?
Expect quirky characters and a mystical story. In the fall of 2012, Kamen Rider Wizard will take over Japan using magic!
Kamen Rider Wizard
Belt: The Wizard Driver. When a ring is put upon the hand print on the belt, he transforms into Kamen Rider Wizard. The left hand's transformation ring can be swapped to do four Style Changes.
The four Styles are:
- Fire 火 ＝ Flame Style フレイムスタイル (Red)
- Water 水 ＝ Water Style ウォータースタイル」（Blue）
- Wind 風 ＝ Hurricane Style ハリケーンスタイル」（Green）
- Ground 土 ＝ Land Style ランドスタイル」（Yellow）
The rings change the mask and the chest portions. He uses magic from each of the Elements. The right hand rings are reserved for casting spells. It works in conjunction with the left transformation rings. He can use them even when not transformed as Wizard, making the story more exciting.
Characters
Kamen Rider Wizard / Souma Haruto 操真晴人 - Shiraishi Shunya 白石隼也
- A young man who survives the mysterious solar eclipse ritual. It was at this time that he received the henshin tools that let's him become the demon hunter Kamen Rider Wizard.
- At a glance, he may seem easygoing and frivolous. He rarely shows his true nature. Because of that, many people misunderstand him. It bothers him and makes him feel depressed at times.
- Perhaps it's because he focuses on fighting demons, but he's extremely indifferent to his daily life and is sloppy.
- Loves donuts.
Koyomi コヨミ - Okunaka Makoto 奥仲麻琴
- Another survivor of the solar eclipse ritual.
- Is she human or a demon? This show's heroine is a complete mystery.
- Lives with Haruto in the antique shop 面影堂.
- Works as a salesperson at the antique shop. She has prophetic powers and can detect people who have strong magical powers. She gives Haruto support.
- Not very excitable. In the mornings she suffers from low blood pressure.
Nara Shunpei 奈良瞬平 - Tozuka Junki 戸塚純貴
- Wants to be a wizard. Aspires to be Haruto's pupil.
- He visits the antique shop often. He tries to help Haruto, but is rarely useful. Is normally a cheerful person. Among Haruto's group, his presence is essential.
- He's both a "troublemaker" and a "mood maker".
Daimon Rinko 大門凛子 - Takayama Yuuko 高山侑子
- A new female cop at the police department.
- Meets Haruto when she gets caught in a demon incident.
- Since the police department disregards the demon incidents, she works independently to help Haruto.
- She's an efficient Edo girl type.
Wajima Shigeru 輪島繁 - Ogura Hisahiro 小倉久寛
- The owner of the antique shop.
- Is a jewel crafter, and can attach magic jewels to rings.
- Takes in Haruto and Koyomi and lives with them.
- To support Haruto, he attaches magic stones to rings. When the ring is complete, he doesn't know what it will do till it's used.
