The teenager in black can control the mutation of Ryou.
Mana is mad at Shouichi thinking that Shouichi might have killed her father. But in the end decides Shouichi is too kind to have done it.
With death toll rising, the police board appoints Houjou as the new G3 operator.
The teenager in black turns into a young man.
Ryou transforms into Gills and attacks the young man.

The teenager in black grows into a young man in black. The young man in black is portrayed by Haneo Ray 羽緒レイ.
