Important things that happened
- The Counter Unidentified Lifeform squad of the police department has completed the development of the Kamen Rider G3 suit.
- Hikawa Makoto, the main suit user, demonstrated excellent control and fighting ability with the suit during testing.
- The squad's research department has begin analysis on a large silvery object discovered at the sea shore.
- Strange murders happening around the city is revealed to be a leopard-like monster's doing.
- Tsugami Shouichi is a young man that has amnesia, and Ashihara Ryou is an elite swimmer that was involved in a motorcyle accident. Both experience extreme pain each time the monster appears.
- Hikawa Makoto encounters the monster, and G3 engages in his first real battle. He discovers that the G3's weapons have no effect on the monster.
- A mysterious Rider, which the monsters refer to as "Agito", appears and defeats the monster.
