Important things that happened
- Hikaru and friends learn that Misuzu's father and his partners and here to do preparation work for the school's demolition.
- Alien Nackle takes advantage of Kuwabara's selfishness to steal the Ginga Spark from Hikaru.
- Unable to transform, Hikaru lures Zaragas away from the school on foot while his friends search for the Ginga Spark.
- Responding to Misuzu's prayers, the Galaxy Shine grants her the Ginga Light Spark to transform into Red King.
- At the end of the battle, a black Ultraman suddenly appears and attacks Ultraman Ginga.
