Utahoshi Kengo's father on Kamen Rider Fourze

The first thing that occurs in the TV series is a flashback to his death on the moon at the hands of the Red Eyes Man. He says "Kengo" as the camera pans away.

Personality

Apparently Rokurou was a gifted scientist. He was a scholar who knew about the Onmyou beliefs tied to Kyoto's four points. He based Fourze off this theme.

History

After being trapped on Rabbit Hutch, Rokurou starts developing the Fourze Driver and the Astro Switches.

Name

Roku 緑 means "Greene". Perhaps referring to the plant life on Earth. His friend Emoto Kuniteru comments that Utahoshi is like the Earth, full of life.
