Kinbae is based on the greenbottle fly, but in Japanese that is written with 金蠅 which literally is "gold fly". This character is also obsessed with making money.
Abe Atsushi who voices Kinbaejiimu in this episode also voiced Baejiimu on King-Ohger Ep 15.
If the rulers traveled for 7 days, but outsider observers experienced 180, then they were traveling at 299565.7 km/s. That's almost the speed of light. The story completely ignores the time the castle spends traveling to the rulers on Earth.
In his speech, there is a portion that makes a mockery of something each of the sentai members has said before.
The title is probably a reference to Char's Counterattack. A story that also features a masked villain.
