  • Tsukasa Ryuuji arrives to inspect the G3 Unit.
  • We learn that Tsukasa used to be Houjou's partner. On an assignment, Tsukasa is shot in the right arm protecting Houjou. While Tsukasa was hospitalized, his little sister was murdered.
  • People start dying by igniting suddenly.
  • Shouichi starts working at the Hanamura Bakery, which specializes in pickle sandwiches.

    From Police H.Q. he's present to inspect the G3 Unit. He has a rank of chief/kachou.
