Plot
- Niko & Robo must find a female assassin named Z I, but both are distracted by family matters. Robo's mother has come to visit and Niko's parents are on the verge of divorce.

- Maki summons Niko with her hand down, which is the gesture used to summon dogs. For humans, the palm is facing up.
- Robo calls his mother Kaachan and his father Touchan.
- Robo's mother is obsessed with the show, Winter Sonatine, which is a parody of the South Korean drama called Winter Sonata. It was an extremely popular series that helped start the international Korean wave.
- Z I can be heard singing the Max Robo theme song while preparing dinner.
- Z I is pronounced zetto ai.
- Yocchan used to be nicknamed the Disorganized Monk.
- Maki asks Niko's mom if she threw away the paper milk lids or the gold ones. This is a reference to a Japanese fable where a spring fairy would tempt people in a similar way.

- Niko says the universe line again.
