- The barrier between delusion and reality was broken.
- Akagi transforms into AkibaRed in reality to save Sayaka. When he does this, Hakase flinches in pain.
- Doctor Z (zetto) appears. This essentially is a reverse of the joke in episode one where they confuse Otsu 乙 with Z. His costume looks like Doctor Shinigami from Kamen Rider.
- Hakase is revealed to be the voice actress for Aoi.
