Onigokko is basically tag in Japan, where the person who's "it" is called the "oni". The song Kaito sings to lure the oni is a kid's song.
Before he dies, Dai Onigokko World says "The world is full of oni", which is a perversion of the phrase "Not everyone is evil" (渡る世間に鬼はなし).

At the end, Vroom says "Endless pirate spirits", a parody of the Boukenger catchphrase "endless adventurer spirits".
