The titular character for the series Kamen Rider Kuuga.

Kamen Rider Kuuga had most forms in the Kamen Rider franchise until Kamen Rider W and Kamen Rider OOO.

The weakest form of Kuuga. Kuuga enters this form under serveral conditions.

When the user is critically wounded in a battle.

When the user exceeds the time limit of using Pegasus Form.

When belt is not in full power after saving the user from a certain death.

Mighty Form: A red color form which is Kuuga's default form in any media.; This form does not have a weapon, but the finisher is a Rider Kick.

Dragon Form: A blue color form which increases Kuuga's ability of jumping to a higher location.; The weapon for this form is Dragon Rod.; The downfall is hand to hand combat is not very effective without a weapon.

Pegasus Form: A green color form which increases Kuuga's ability of sensing a faraway target.; The weapon for this form is Pegasus Bowgun.; The maximum limit of using this form is only 50 seconds, otherwise Kuuga enters Growing Form as well as not being able to transform within 2 hours.

Titan Form: A grey color form which increases Kuuga's ability of defense and attack.; The weapon for this form is Titan Sword.; The downfall is the endurance of the defense has its limits.

The upgrade of all Kuuga's Standard Forms.

Rising Forms increases the abilities of each Standard Forms as well as the explosion radius of the finishers.

The maximum limit of using Rising forms is only 30 seconds, otherwise Kuuga will revert back to the Standard Forms.

Arcle: Kuuga's transformation belt. Kuuga usually uses it for changing forms or summoning Gouram.

Gouram: An ancient weapon that serves Kuuga in battle.; It has the ability to combine with Kuuga's motorcylce.

TryChaser 2000: An advance motorcycle developed for the Police Department.; The main function of the motorcycle is inputing codes.

BeatChaser 2000: Another advance motorcycle developed for Kuuga to replace the TryChaser 2000.; The main function of the motorcycle is inputing codes.
