One of the main heroes on Ressha Sentai Toqger.
Personality
- Aloof and thoughtful. He tends to stick to his own interests and is often seen eating separately from the rest of the group.
- Always carries around a kendama. He seems to cherish it quite a lot, and becomes angry at Kagura when it nearly breaks in one episode.
- In a few episodes, he is called the Kendama Detective.

- In it's revealed that his full name is Nonomura Hikari (野々村洸). (Station 32)
- Before meeting the other Toqgers, Hikari didn't really have many friends. (Station 43)
- His known relatives are his mother (野々村彩) and grandmother (野々村恵). (Station 43)
- His grandmother was the one who gave him his precious kendama. (Station 43)
