Personality

Oosugi has a very forceful personality when he's around the students, but is more laid back when it comes to talking to the other teachers. The faculty does not seem to hold him in high regard and usually they don't bother listening to what he says. When it comes to Sonoda, he's very shy about his feelings but will usually try and to act cool around her. He's always seen wearing suspenders that he likes to snap as a method of punctuating his sentences or emphasizing something.

Appearance

Oosugi is almost always seen wearing a long-sleeved shirt, a homely sweater and a pair of plain trousers that he attaches suspenders to.

History

Oosugi Chuuta (Oosugi-sensei) begins as one of Gentarou, Yuuki and Kengo's teachers. Unlike Sonoda Sarina, he is more forceful and rough with the students, but proves time and again that he truly cares for them. He has unrequited feelings for Sonoda but is too shy to let her know anything.

After she fails her mission and is sent to the dark nebula, he and the students believe she has left for greener pastures and he becomes very lonely. Soon after that he focuses his energy on finding out what Gentarou, Yuuki and Kengo are up to and eventually finds out about the Kamen Rider Club. While he first wants to disband it, he changes his mind after being saved by Fourze and becomes the clubs' official faculty adviser.
