In Metal Gear Solid 4, there are four swimsuit posters in the game. If Snake looks at the poster in first person view, his stamina rises and health recovers. He also says things like "Akina!" "That's Akina!"
- The first is in Act 2 in the downstairs of the mansion. Shoot down the painting in the hall to reveal an Akina poster.
- The second one is upstairs in the mansion. Lie down on the bed and look up, the poster is on the ceiling.
- The third one is in Act 3 a little north of the park in the first area.
- The fourth one is also in Act 3 in the second area, near a bridge.
