Rainbow Vision is the eighth episode of Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger.
Sypnosis
Following the previous episode with the Igaroid, the DekaRangers suffered serious damage, especially Jasmine. Back at DekaBase, Jasmine realizes that because of her overuse of her psychic powers, she suffered the most. Meanwhile, the other DekaRangers realize that the time needed to reverse the figures back into humans is only three hours. Jasmine quickly moves out and tries to search for Hikaru, but Ban chases after Jasmine, questioning her why she's going so far for that boy. Jasmine responded that it was because that boy had the same looks she had when she was little.
Jasmine then tells Ban her past, in which she had these psychic powers, yet she could never control them. When Jasmine couldn't handle it anymore, her friend abandons her, calling Jasmine a nuisance in her mind. Walking on the rainy streets, she witnessed an Alienizer killing an innocent citizen. Realizing that she saw him, the Alienizer threatens to kill Jasmine, but Jasmine thought within that it might be best for her to die anyway; she has no friends, and everyone around her thinks of her as a nuisance. However, just before the Alienizer could kill Jasmine, Doggie Kruger killed the alien first. Jasmine questions about Kruger's identity, to which he says that he's a Special Police. He then tells Jasmine that because she has this power, she should like it because if she doesn't like it herself, then nobody around her would like her. Jasmine claims it's impossible, which made Kruger hug her and telling her that she's not alone.
Realizing about Jasmine's past, Ban began to realize why Jasmine is so concern about Hikaru. Meanwhile, Dagonel and Hikaru tries to teleport the same school they had their eyes on a while back, but Hoji, Sen, and Umeko were prepared; they attacked the alien while Hikaru runs outside and sees Jasmine. She tells him that she came because she heard his mind cry. While Hikaru tries to teleport the DekaRangers, Jasmine did the same thing that Kruger did to her all those years ago; she gives Hikaru a hug and tells him that he's not alone and he shouldn't hate himself. Realizing the warmth of her heart, Hikaru begins to have a change of heart, and teleports Dagonel's weapon that turns humans into figures to his side and destroys it.
Dagonel calls theIgaroid, but this time, the DekaRangers were able to defeat it. Even though Dagonel retreats into his Kaijuuki, the DekaRangers still managed to destroy it for good.
After the battle, Hikaru questions the other DekaRangers if they are worried having an ESPer on the team. Hoji responds with the contrary; with an ESPer on their team, they have a huge advantage in battles. Also, to ensure that she doesn't read anyone's mind carelessly, Jasmine wears gloves all the time. Hikaru then left the Earth branch to join the SPD Training Academy.
