Main leader / First member of the series, Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
Personality
The captain of the Gokai Galleon. His goal is to find the Greatest Treasure in the Universe.
In Super Hero Taisen, he is the great emperor of Dai Zangyack who seeks to find the Ultimate Treasure in the Universe and to defeat all Kamen Riders.
History
After successfully attacking a group of Zangyack soldiers, Marvelous found the Akaranger Ranger Key. Not long after, Aka Red showed up and asked Marvelous to join him in his quest to gather all of the Ranger Keys, and find the ultimate treasure in the universe. Marvelous accepted and he, Aka Red and Basco ta Jolokia became the Akaki Pirates.
However, Basco later allied with the Zangyack and betrayed his fellow Akaki Pirates in the hopes of getting the treasure for himself. Marvelous escaped from the ambush but is later cornered by Zangyack forces. He is saved by Aka Red who tells him to journey to Earth and find the treasure. Aka Red then sacrificed himself to save Marvelous and Marvelous vowed to complete Aka Red's quest to find the treasure.
In episode 28, he faced the deadliest bounty hunter Kiaidou. The two had previously fought, but Marvelous was defeated and almost froze in fear when Kiaidou appeared before him again. However he later regained his courage thanks to Black Condor, and he and the other Gokaigers were able to kill Kiaidou.
In Gokaiger VS Gavan when he was a child, he stowed away in a cargo ship which came under attack by the Zangyack fleet. He decided to flee but there wass no way out, as flames blocked his way. But Space Sheriff Gavan,Ichijouji Retsu, helped him to jump over the flames and rescued him.
