The third Kamen Rider Den-O movie.
Story
- The Taros and Hana were ambushed by Kamen Rider Yuuki. They notice Yuuki is actually Nogami Ryoutarou who is controlled by the Ghost Imagin.
- Nogami Koutarou and Teddy makes their first appearance.
- Temporary without Sakurai Yuuto and Deneb, the DenLiner crew travels to save Ryoutarou.
- Shirou revealed his plan to make Sora happy.
- Momotaros sacrifices himself to the point of death in order to free Ryoutarou from being controlled.
- The climax battle against Shirou starts, after Ryoutarou is freed from the Ghost Imagin's control.
- With a change of heart, Koutarou starts to respect his grandpa and decides to fight together.
