Jyushin Kishi Giga (獣身騎士戯牙)
The kanji for Giga means "frolic" and "fang".
The Japanese term Jyushin isn't a term that really exists outside the Garo universe. It's used in Kouga's Heart Destruction Beast Form and Raiga's Luminous Beast Form.

- Apparently, Giga had made an appearance in the Garo pachinko game before this show. At the time of this writing, his summary on the pachinko page just says that there's no information about him. [2]
