Trivia
- Masuda Tetsu was a suit actor who's been in Metal Heroes and Kamen Rider Black. At this point, his last credited toku role was this episode.
- Apparently Professor Misugi is aware of Mana's powers (as well as the Yukina experiments) but suppressed them in light of his brother's murder. That's why he hid the evidence of meeting (and getting into a fight) with his brother in an earlier episode.
- Misugi reveals that Yukina's boyfriend, the original Tsugami Shouichi, committed suicide after Yukina did. But the man in black brought him back to life.
- Series writer Inoue Toshiki later cannibalizes the G3 going blind subplot in Kiva, with secondary Rider (also suit based) IXA goes blind near the end of the series. This is just one of many ideas reused in Kiva from Agito.
