Tendou lets Jiiya use the Bistro La Salle restaurant to celebrate Tsurugi’s birthday.
Shadow proceeds to destroy the factory as ordered while Kagami insists to save Makoto.
Kagami now learns Makoto is a Worm.
Kagami is equipped with a Rider Belt by a mysterious man. He successfully transforms into Kamen Rider Gatack.

Brachypelma Worm Viridis (ブラキペルマワーム・ビリディス): A tarantula type Worm.; This Worm guards a factory from ZECT for secret activities. It mimicked Kagami.

Brachypelma Worm Aurantium (ブラキペルマワーム・オーランタム): A tarantula type Worm.; This Worm guards a factory from ZECT for secret activities.

Tarantes Worm Purpura (タランテスワーム・パープラ): A Worm who mimics Makoto and uses the boy’s memories to fool Kagami.

Jiiya was a famous chef who Tendou always admired before he works as a butler for the Kamishiro family.
It is revealed the factory is a place to produce Worm.
Makoto is portrayed by Kuwashiro Takaaki who later portrays Katayama Naoki in 2012 Kamen Rider Wizard episodes 10 and 11.
